Not
since the Sheen family's simultaneous broadcast of "West Wing"
and "Spin City" has an entertainment dynasty held such a lock
on broadcast TV. With the theme from the WB's "The Oblongs" joining
their smash "Boss of Me" theme song on Fox-TV's "Malcolm In The
Middle" They Might Be Giants have two of the five network themes
playing at 8:30 on Sunday nights. The bands focused and driven
guitarist John Flansburgh had this to say: "With only "The ABC
Movie of the Week," "Touched By an Angel" and "Charlie Rose" themes
left to rewrite, I think we could have a 100% lock on that time-slot

theme and incidental music for "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart"
which airs three times daily on the Comedy Channel. Charlie Rose
was unavailable for comment.
